These terms of service are applicable to the use of Wise Asset Management’s services by the customer, buyer, user, or client. These terms supersedes anything on our main website, and we cannot guarantee the accuracy of information our website due to delays in web design and updates.
1. INDEMNIFICATION AND RELATIONSHIP OF PARTIES
The customer is responsible for indemnifying us from any lawsuit, claim, charge, or expense related to their website. We have no interaction with the data or substance of a customer’s website except as necessary to maintain it.
2. PAYMENTS & PRICE CHANGES
The user agrees to pay charges on or before the first day of the anniversary of account setup each month or year. Failure to pay may result in automatic suspension or termination of service. We reserve the right to amend prices and features at any time without prior notice.
3. TERM OF CONTRACT & TERMINATION/CANCELLATION
This agreement has an initial term of one month and will automatically renew for successive equivalent periods, unless notice is given by either party of its intent to terminate the agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice for any breach of these terms.
4. REFUND POLICY AND MONEY-BACK GUARANTEES
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for select hosting plans but do not offer refunds on others. Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.
5. REFUSAL OF SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services at our discretion, including if the user fails to follow established terms and conditions.
6. WEBSITE CONTENT
The user’s website content must comply with applicable laws and regulations and not cause harm to any specific race, creed, or gender. We reserve the right to remove any page or content at any time without notice.
7. THE USE OF OUR SERVICE
We do not accept the use of free domain names such as .TK / .ML / .GA / .CF / .GQ. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any misuse of our servers, including excessive resource usage.
8. BACKUPS AND DATA LOSS
We run regular backups but do not accept responsibility for data residing on the user’s account. The user is responsible for maintaining appropriate backups.
The user agrees not to cause harm to any server or customer of Wise Asset Management. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the user’s account.
10. PROHIBITED EMAIL ACTIVITY
The user is strictly prohibited from sending unsolicited bulk emails (“spam” or “junk mail”). This includes commercial advertising, political messages, and information announcements. Such emails may only be sent to those who have explicitly requested them. Additionally, any malicious or threatening emails are also prohibited. We reserve the right to immediately terminate your use of our services upon discovering such activity. Furthermore, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims resulting from your use or distribution of email services through our services.
11. ACCOUNT SETUP
The user acknowledges that it may take up to 24 hours for any Wise Asset Management account to be activated. Once payment has been received and processed, and your account has been verified, Wise Asset Management will set up your account. If you do not receive your account information within 24 hours and have not received an email from Wise Asset Management, please contact us immediately.
All accounts must be set up using a valid and registered domain name. The user agrees that all domain names associated with a Wise Asset Management account must be pointing to our servers using the relevant nameservers as set out in your account information email. Any accounts set up with a domain name that has not been registered or is not pointed to our servers will be terminated without warning. We run our system every 5 days for security and resource management purposes.
12. WEBSITE TRANSFER
Wise Asset Management offers to migrate/transfer up to 10 cPanel accounts free of charge. Once this limit has been reached, we charge a flat fee of £0.40 per account migration. We can only use the main Transfer Tool in WHM to migrate full accounts if you have full root access. Otherwise, all migrations need to be performed individually.
Any transfer of websites from the user’s old web hosting provider to Wise Asset Management is provided as a courtesy and is not guaranteed. Wise Asset Management cannot guarantee the seamless transfer of all data from your old web hosting account to your new web hosting account due to different server configurations.
Wise Asset Management takes all reasonable precautions to ensure any information the user submits is protected and not distributed to any third parties. We will only use the information provided to keep in contact with the user, provide services purchased by the user or verify a user’s identity. We will not disclose any personal information about a user to third parties without prior written consent. Wise Asset Management may disclose users’ information to law enforcement agencies upon receiving a lawful request.
Backups (JetBackup) are provided as a courtesy and should not be relied on to replace any of your own backups which should be performed at regular intervals. Wise Asset Management cannot be held liable for any availability issues of backups including but not limited to daily backups (JetBackup) not performing a specific backup, loss of data through a backup not being available, and any loss of data through client actions.
15. AFFILIATE PROGRAMME & COMMISSIONS

16. NETWORK STATUS TOOL
The network status tool is offered to help you monitor your website or servers and is available to customers with a valid account as a login is required. We do not monitor the websites or servers you add to your clients and do not share any information provided elsewhere. Wise Asset Management reserves the right to stop offering this tool/service at any time without prior notice.
17. SCOPE OF AGREEMENT
Our support agents are available to assist with server-related issues or questions only. Any problems relating to website building or configuration should be outsourced to a web developer or other expert. Please see our support pages and knowledgebase before opening a support ticket. We are unable to assist with any website related errors such as 500 internal server errors or similar.
19. SERVER RESOURCES
Server resources are provided as-is. We cannot increase resources for any particular account for any reason in a shared hosting environment. Certain features are unavailable on cPanel and/or WHM which would normally be available on a dedicated service such as VPS or Dedicated Server. We are unable to provide access to any other features not shown on a cPanel or WHM account.
20. THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE
Our servers use third-party software to help provide a better experience for our users. Wise Asset Management cannot be held liable for the functionality or availability of any third-party plugin. We monitor all plugins and software provided by third parties carefully, but we cannot guarantee these plugins.
WHMCS is a separate entity from Wise Asset Management and provides its own support. We can provide support with WHMCS implementation or integration onto your server, but we cannot offer support for any issues or errors present in the WHMCS software.
